On November 2, 1875 Fairview School District was formed from part of the Bartlett District.
(Board of Education minutes: "July 11, 1907 - Fairview School District lapsed and was added to Spring Branch School District. The equipment and library to be divied between Spring Branch and Spruce Grove School Districts."
